Norland Scarecrow Festival

We are community partners in the annual Norland Scarecrow Festival.
This well-loved event takes place during the 1st weekend of September every year. It is a wonderful long weekend for all the family organised by many local residents. You can buy a trail map and guess what the scarecrows are. There is a different theme each year.
St. Luke’s Church is open all day for each day of the Festival. You can find scarecrow goodies, as well as the trail map.  We seem to have an endless supply of delicious home-made cakes and freshly made sandwiches which prove hard to resist. You can rest your weary legs, have a look around church and admire our scarecrow.
